LANDLORD · AGENT · CONTRACTOR
A smarter way to manage electrical compliance.
The inspection is only one part of the job. We keep the people around the property clear on access, reporting and any follow-on work.
- Tell us who manages access.
- Choose who should receive the report.
- Review findings before remedial work is agreed.
- Keep portfolio enquiries under one conversation.
OUR EICR PROCESS
Straightforward from booking to report.
Each stage answers a different question, so you know what is happening and what comes next.
01Book.
Share the property, deadline and access contact. We confirm what can be arranged.
02Inspect.
The fixed installation is inspected and tested, with observations recorded as the work progresses.
03Receive.
Receive the report with observations, priorities and next steps presented clearly.
04Resolve.
If action is needed, scope, cost and access are agreed separately before work goes ahead.

FAULT FINDING & REMEDIALS
Find the fault.
Explain the finding.
If the EICR identifies an issue, the next conversation should be as clear as the report. We diagnose, explain and agree any remedial work before proceeding.
“What started with one property has grown into JSR looking after our wider portfolio. They deal directly with our tenants, listen to them, keep them informed and make sure issues are properly resolved. I don’t have to chase or coordinate everything myself — I know both the property and the tenant are being looked after.”
BEFORE YOU ENQUIRE
Useful answers,
without the small print.
One property or a portfolio—start with what you know.
What does an EICR cover?
An Electrical Installation Condition Report records the condition of the fixed electrical installation, including wiring, socket outlets, light fittings and the consumer unit. The report sets out the assessment, observations and any limitations.
Read the official guidance for EnglandCan you coordinate with my letting agent?
Tell us your authorised contact, who can arrange tenant access and who should receive updates. We confirm the arrangements with you before the visit.
What if the report identifies a problem?
The observations explain whether remedial work or further investigation is needed. We discuss the findings and agree any follow-on scope separately.
Can I request the report within 24 hours?
Yes—tell us your deadline when enquiring. We confirm whether the requested turnaround is available for that property before the visit.
